Ernest Lee serves as Chief Commercial Officer at EOS Hospitality. He leads the company’s commercial strategy and team which includes: marketing, sales, revenue management, food & beverage, reservations, distribtution systems, and business intelligence. Ernest joined EOS in 2025 after a decade with CitizenM Hotels (acquired by Marriott), where he held various operating and asset management leadership roles, most recently as Chief Commercial Officer. Before CitizenM, he spent nearly ten years with the global hospitality team at Cushman & Wakefield, following its acquisition of Sonnenblick-Goldman. Ernest is a graduate of New York University and member of hotel industry councils at ULI and AHLA.
